Before mailing any envelopes, make sure your social casino account has undergone both ID and address verification. Envelope Size #10 Blank Envelope Request Card (Must be 4” x 6”) Pen Ink: Any color. Do not reside in any of the following states: Idaho, Michigan, Montana and Washington What to write on the 4” x 6” request card: Get your Request Code by clicking on the “Postal Request Code” in the settings of your account. Write the Request Code in the top-left corner on the Request Card. Under the Postal Request Code, write in the following order: Your full name as shown on your government issued identification. the email address registered to your Luckyland Slots account; the return/residential address registered to your Luckyland Slots account; and the exact following statement: "I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by Luckyland Slots. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by Luckyland Slot’s Terms of Service and Sweeps Rules.” What to write on the stamped #10 envelope: In the upper left hand corner of the envelope: Your return address; The words: “Sweepstakes Entries" In the center: VGW LUCKYLAND INC, LUCKYLAND SLOTS SWEEPSTAKES DEPARTMENT PO BOX #8486 PORTSMOUTH, NH 03801 FAQ When will I get my SC? (drop time) The time for Luckyland Slots to give you the sweeps coins is around 8 weeks. Can I use the same Request Code on multiple letters? You need a unique Request Code for each letter. Generating a new Request Code takes about 5 minutes. How long is the Request Code valid? The Request Code at Luckyland Slots is valid for 30 days. Must the letter and envelope be handwritten? Yes. EEEEEEEE Posted April 10 Share Posted April 10 Looks almost perfect! The only thing that is tricky to me is They say to mail to VGW LUCKYLAND INC,  INC, with a comma. I wonder if they messed up and should it be a .
