Not sure what you mean?

In the terms it says to put the return address that is on my ID, but that is not the address that is verified on my High 5 account. I emailed support to clarify but they have not responded. Does anyone know which address I should be writing on my letters? Also curious if anyone is comfortable sharing the volume they feel is safe to send in to High 5.

So, my name is listed under player information as just first and last name but my government ID that I registered with spells out my middle name. Their rules don’t say per government ID like all of the other sites! I can’t get an answer from them!

Is your name written just first and last name or does it have to be as is on your government issued ID?

As is on your government ID.

Does the one sentence on the notecard have to be centered as in the guide? Or just written normal left to right? Thanks.

Do you mean the "I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in Sweeps Play on High 5 Casino."?

From the guide above:

  • Your full name as shown on your government-issued identification.

  • The email address registered to your High 5 Casino account.

  • Your unique mail-in code.

  • The return/residential address registered to your account; and

  • The exact following statement: "I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in Sweeps Play on High 5 Casino."

  • On the top right of the card, write the date on which the letter was prepared.

From what I can see they don't mention exactly where to write it. I think as long as you write it in the middle you're good. Centered or from left to right should not be any problems. I also had a look at our discord and it looks about the same.

Did anyone see the new sweeps rules for High 5? Looks very different now.

I know I'm late but they reverted their rules about a week later so it's still the same.
