This guide will show you how to receive 5 free Sweeps Coins ($5) at Global Poker by sending a request by post (AMOE).

Together, we can help keep track of when Global Poker updates its terms. If you have any questions or notice something that needs to be updated, please feel free to post directly in this thread.

FAQ

When will I get my Sweeps Coins?

The timeframe for Global Poker to process your request and credit your account with Sweeps Coins is not specified, but expect several weeks.

Can I send multiple requests at once?

No, requests are limited to one Request Card per outer envelope.

Must the request card and envelope be handwritten?

Yes, both the request card and the envelope must be handwritten. Ensure your handwriting is legible; otherwise, your entry may be voided.

Is there a reason you specify writing legibly for Global specifically? Are they more likely to void for legibility than other sweeps casinos? @Justin

Because this can be found in their Sweeps Rules:

Thanks for all the information.  Also, it is mentioned that the postal code expires in 30 days.  What exactly does this mean?   Is it best to just mail out smaller amounts daily or do more once a week?  It is just a bit confusing because it takes 6-8 weeks to process so how does that work?

I don't know how significant this is because I am very new, but there is no comma after "understood" that shows in the Sweeps Rules.

Thanks for pointing that out, I've updated the instructions. However, it's not a reason to get rejected, I've been credited writing this way.

Can someone please explain to me how to convert the sweaps coins into cash? I have no idea what I'm doing.

At Global, you're either going to have to play poker with it or use it in the casino.

Anyone received sc drop yet?

The latest drop was on 10/04/2025

So from my understanding there is no guarantee that you will receive the cash funds from the coins given some can’t be turned into earnings you are stuck using them to play at there online casino ? Because I was going to pay for a course to do this and they said your coins get turned into earnings that can be direct deposit to your bank account? Is this someone being dishonest? I’m just trying to understand because I don’t want to write letters to play Casino games I need to beable to convert it to income 😂🤷‍♀️ thank you

  • Gold Coins – These are only for entertainment. You can use them to play games, but they can’t be converted into real money or withdrawn. They're just for fun.

  • Sweeps Coins – These are the important ones. You can win them in various ways (like via promotions, mail-in offers, or by purchasing Gold Coins as a bonus). Once you play with Sweeps Coins and win, those winnings can typically be redeemed for real cash and deposited into your bank account, as long as you meet the casino’s requirements for redemption.

It’s only the Sweeps Coins that have real-world value once you've played them and met the terms.

From the letter sent in AMOE, you receive Sweeps Coins as a reward. These Sweeps Coins can then be used to redeem if you meet the casino’s requirements, of course.

Yes, you can write letters to multiple sweepstakes casinos at the same time. There is a delay for the postal code generation of 5 minutes between Chumba/Luckyland/Global Poker

Did you put your first and last name? "Your full name as shown on your government-issued identification." Did you put the same name as your government ID?

Edited by Jonasr7

Yes - I put in first and last name - as on my drivers license. I didn’t put my middle name which is also on my drivers license
