Global Poker envelope write-in guide

This guide will show you how to receive 5 free Sweeps Coins ($5) at Global Poker by sending a request by post (AMOE).

What you need before you start:

  • An account at Global Poker. Before mailing any requests, ensure your account has undergone both ID and address verification.
  • Standard #10 envelope
  • Piece of white paper or a postcard, 4” x 6”, unfolded, blank, and unlined
  • Pen Ink: Any color.

Obtaining a Postal Request Code:

  1. Sign into your Global Poker Customer Account.
  2. Click on the “Get Coins” button in the Lobby.
  3. Select the “Play for Free” tab.
  4. Click on the “Click here for a single-use postal request code” link.
  5. Follow the prompts to receive your Postal Request Code, which will be displayed for you to record.

What to write on the piece of paper or postcard:

  1. In the top-left corner, write the Postal Request Code.
  2. Your full name as shown on your government-issued identification.
  3. The email address registered to your Global Poker account.
  4. Your return residential address registered to your Global Poker account.
  5. The following statement: “I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by Global Poker. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by Global Poker’s Terms and Conditions and Sweeps Rules.”

What to write on the stamped #10 envelope:

  1. In the upper left-hand corner, write your return address.
  2. Below your return address, clearly write the words: “Sweepstakes Entries”.

FAQ

When will I get my Sweeps Coins?

The timeframe for Global Poker to process your request and credit your account with Sweeps Coins is not specified, but expect several weeks.

Can I send multiple requests at once?

No, requests are limited to one Request Card per outer envelope.

Must the request card and envelope be handwritten?

Yes, both the request card and the envelope must be handwritten. Ensure your handwriting is legible; otherwise, your entry may be voided.

Thanks for all the information.  Also, it is mentioned that the postal code expires in 30 days.  What exactly does this mean?   Is it best to just mail out smaller amounts daily or do more once a week?  It is just a bit confusing because it takes 6-8 weeks to process so how does that work?

They need to receive it within 30 days.

Thanks for pointing that out, I've updated the instructions. However, it's not a reason to get rejected, I've been credited writing this way.
