Justin
We believe in the collective power of our community to foster change and promote resolution. By sharing your experiences and standing together, we can hold sweepstakes casinos accountable and encourage them to address and resolve the issues presented. We've established this dedicated forum category for you to share your negative experiences with sweepstakes casinos. Whether it's an issue with payouts, game fairness, or customer service, your voice matters to us and to the community. Before you post your complaint, please take a moment to review the following guidelines to ensure your submission is effective, constructive, and adheres to our community standards. What is the US Gamblers complaint service? Through the US Gamblers complaint service, players can submit detailed complaints against a sweepstakes casino along with any supporting evidence they might have. Our team carefully reviews each submission, and if our assessment suggests that the casino may have acted inappropriately or unjustly, we will endeavor to assist in getting the issue resolved. Once a complaint is verified, we engage directly with the involved sweepstakes casino to inform them of the issue and request their participation in resolving the matter. This often involves the casino responding directly in the forum thread, providing both parties—the player and the casino—an opportunity to communicate openly, address the concerns raised, and work towards a resolution. Guidelines for posting a complaint Provide detailed information: Your complaint should be as detailed and specific as possible. Clearly outline the issue you encountered, including any relevant dates, times, and the specific nature of your concern. This information is vital for understanding the context and gravity of your situation. Submit supporting evidence: To lend credibility and clarity to your complaint, include any supporting evidence you may have. This could consist of screenshots, email correspondences, chat records, gaming logs, or any documentary evidence that substantiates your claim. Be truthful and accurate: The information and evidence you provide must be truthful and accurate. Misrepresenting your experience or submitting false evidence undermines the integrity of your complaint and the forum. Any attempt to deceive or manipulate facts will result in an immediate exclusion from our community. Maintain privacy: While it's important to be detailed, ensure that you do not share personal information, either yours or others'. This includes full names, addresses, phone numbers, or any data that could compromise privacy and security. Be respectful: We understand that encountering issues can be frustrating, but we ask that you remain respectful and constructive in your complaints. Avoid using offensive language or personal attacks against individuals or the company. Our goal is to resolve issues, not escalate them. Follow-up: If there are any developments or resolutions to your complaint after you've posted it, we encourage you to update your thread. This helps the community track the responsiveness of the involved parties and the outcome of disputes. Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences and for helping us build a better and more fair sweepstakes casino community
Jp74
I just want to warn players that Zula Casino, Sportzino Casino & Fortune Coins Casino are skimming money from players winnings during play! They are also REAL MONEY CASINOS UNDER THE GUISE OF 'SWEEPSTAKES CASINOS' WHICH IS TECHNICALLY ILLEGAL IN CALIFORNIA AND THEY SHOULDNT EVEB BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE HERE JUST LIKE THEY ARENT IN WASHINGTON STATE! I've deposited TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS at these places, I've also cashed out my winnings on a few occasions which according to their terms and conditions isn't possible because they claim they aren't 'real money casinos' which is total crap! I even told them about their software stealing my money and they have done nothing about it, so I feel it's time I warn the public about the scandalous issues I've uncovered. NOT ALL GAMES do this...but most of the games by Booming Games software do! I am really weird about playing in whole numbers when I play (Divisible by 5 or 0) I don't like odd amounts of change when I play. That's how I noticed there games are literally steal money $.01/each time. NOT every time, but often enough where I've noticed it and took screen shots of it for proof. Sometimes it's up to $1.00!! Since I play in even numbers, I notice immediately when my balance reflects amounts that are off. The game says it paid me one amount, but my balance says a different amount. Then when I go to check in the game history log, that reflects the incorrect amount as well. For example. I bet $1. Any possible winning pay will be in whole numbers or divisible by 5. The game said I won $4.10, yet my balance only reflects $4.09!! Then when I look at the game history it too says $4.09. But there is NO PAYOUT POSSIBLE FOR $4.09!! NOT ON A $1 BET!! WHICH MEANS THEIR SOFTWARE STOLE A $.01 FROM MY WINNINGS! I know it doesn't sound like alot, but when you consider the millions of people they have on their sites 24/7 who are all losing $.01 randomly, that adds up!! As I said I brought this to their attention and they did nothing to fix the issue!! Instead they for NO REASON stopped giving me my weekly bonuses that I'm entitled to due to my excessive deposits played there!! They aren't a "sweepstakes casino"!! They have 2 softwares.. one that is a legit "social casino" but the other one (sc) is a strait up real money gambling site where you deposit real money and cash out real money!! NO SWEEPSTAKES INVOLVED!! That is SUPPOSED TO BE ILLEGAL IN CALIFORNIA!! If they were a legit social gaming site then WHY ARE THEY BANNED IN CERTAIN STATES!?! They are predatory and scamming their players and someone needs to look into this and shut them down!!

festerZ
Is it possible you opted in for one of their jackpot promotions that takes a small amount from every wager? I'm skeptical that there is actually an issue here.
